· Handle the cash register in an efficient manner and maintain store cleanliness
· Ensure customer satisfaction through adherence to values of quality, service, and integrity

Bath & Body Works was my favorite store at the mall when I was a little girl, so getting to work there was a childhood dream come true. My primary requirement as sales associate was to be helpful, energetic, and upbeat for my entire 8-hour shift. Bath & Body Works assisted in my personal and professional development by providing me with knowledge in marketing, sales, and communication. Additionally, I gained valuable skills in customer service and conflict resolution.

Asian Business Students Association – Professional Director    September 2013-Present
· Correspond with scheduled company recruiters and order food for general meetings
· Coordinate all aspects of the Mock-Interview Marathon
· Plan company field trips (CFTs) and serve on the Scoring Careers committee
· Schedule prospective speakers for informational panels—Internship, Study Abroad, etc.
· Host and implement professional development workshops—Resume, Interview Tips, etc.

I was administrative director of Asian Business Students Association last year, so I created and maintained both the membership database and merit point system for over 300 people. I also served on the Feed Your Mind committee, where I contacted vendors and requested donations for the event. Moreover, I was involved in Freshman Business Association as a member of the professional development committee. I coordinated the FBA Mock-Interview Marathon in the fall and the Wells Fargo Case Workshop in the spring. Additionally, I took part in the BBA Career Shadowing Program in both the fall and spring, where I observed the operations of each company and learned about career development through interacting with professionals. Through these experiences, I expanded my professional network and grew as a leader.
